Jewelle Gomez and I attended a NCBLG Conference in St. Louis, Mo. I think we read our poetry and fiction. Might have been on a panel. I think Colin Robinson was probably there. I remember Gil being there. It was so cold in St. Louis that I almost didn't come out of my hotel to get on the jitney to the airport. But I am certain with the crowd who was there, we had a great time. I think it might have been November or December. I have not been to St. Louis since then.
